Warmer weather is upon us! Put away those dull, dark, earth-toned threads and put on new outfits - bright, colorful ones to get in step with the new season.  Photo credit: Thibaut As invigorating as this ritualistic renovation of our wardrobes always is this time of year, why do we stop there? When it comes to our homes, why do we kill the season's buzz by pulling out buckets and mops to swab the same old floors and rooms and walls that confine us not just in winter but every season, year in and year out? Sure, it feels great to get outside in summertime but why do we need to check those good feelings at our front doors when we return home? Good piece! It addresses interior designing to reflect the lift we get in warm weather, but it is much deeper than that. It actually captures the essence of great interior design, that is, understanding the "feel" each individual seeks to capture in their home and designing to exalt those feelings. Kudos to LAD Interior Design, an outfit that is very clearly in tune with serving its customers rather than just pumping the latest fad. Leave a Reply. |
